To gain accreditation for your beauty courses through The Beauty Approval, you will need to:
Have 1 year experience, hold a valid teaching qualification for beauty educators (Level 3 AET or equivalent) and be insured to offer training.
IF YOU DO NOT HOLD A VALID TEACHING QUALIFICATION WE RECOMMEND OUR ULTIMATE BEAUTY EDUCATOR (LEVEL 3 AET).

TBA Accreditation Process

Before applying for accreditation make sure you hold a valid teaching qualification.
If you don't have a teaching qualification we would recommend completing our AET teaching training course for Beauty Educators. This will gain you the required qualification to apply for TBA accreditation.

Select the accreditation plan that best fits your academy’s needs. We offer:
A monthly plan with unlimited course accreditation for just £25 per month.
Annual plans available for 5, 10, 20, or unlimited courses.
If you choose an annual plan, you can add extra courses at any time for just £55 each.
For academies with multiple educators, you can add an additional educator to your plan for only £69.

Required Documents for Accreditation
After purchasing your accreditation plan, you will be immediately redirected to a link that provides all the necessary documentation for your accreditation application. Please ensure you submit the following documents:
Copies of your Hair, Beauty, or Aesthetics qualification certificates
Copy of your Teaching training certificate
Proof of Educator insurance (If you don’t have one, you can obtain insurance after accreditation through one of our insurance partners)
Syllabus for each course
Training manual for each course
Assessment schedule for each course (our file to complete)
For online courses: A recorded video lesson (must be included at the top of your submission)
Accreditation form (our file to complete)
Submission Instructions
Once all forms are completed, please send your documents to info@thebeautyapproval.com.
After submission, please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to review and send our final decision.

Once your accreditation is granted, you will receive an email with a copy of your accreditation certificate and our onboard kit, which includes:

Additionally, we will send you a physical copy of your certificate within 14 working days to the address you provided.
